1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to PinguPOS, including its website, web application, Android application, account services, point-of-sale functionality, inventory and reporting features, customer support, and optional Bluetooth receipt-printer services.
In this Policy, "PinguPOS," "we," "us," or "our" means [LEGAL COMPANY NAME]. "Customer" means the business or individual that purchases or subscribes to a PinguPOS product. "User" means the single account authorized for use under a Customer's purchase.
2. Account, Purchase & License
Each PinguPOS purchase includes one (1) user account unless a different quantity is expressly stated in the applicable order, subscription, or commercial agreement.
- One purchase is intended for one Customer and one authorized user.
- The included user may log in to the PinguPOS web application and Android application using the same account.
- The web application is primarily used to configure and manage master data, settings, products, pricing, inventory, and reports.
- The Android application is primarily used to operate the POS and perform sales transactions.
- Customers must not share their credentials with unauthorized persons or create additional users to bypass the applicable license.
- Additional users, branches, devices, or features may require an additional purchase or separate commercial agreement.
Logging into the same account from the web application and Android application does not by itself create additional users. However, simultaneous or abusive use may be restricted to protect the service and enforce the applicable license.

3.5 Bluetooth Printer Information
If the Customer chooses to use a compatible Bluetooth receipt printer, the Android application may access Bluetooth functionality and related device information required to discover, connect to, and communicate with the selected printer. 5. POS, Master Data & Customer Responsibility
PinguPOS is a business management and point-of-sale platform. The Customer controls the business information entered into the system. This may include information about the Customer's own customers, employees, suppliers, products, and transactions.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that information entered into PinguPOS is accurate and that the Customer has the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis to collect and process personal information belonging to its customers or other third parties.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the platform.
When an account is terminated, Customer data may be deleted, anonymized, or retained for a limited period according to our backup, security, legal, and operational requirements.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing.
Requests should be sent to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Where PinguPOS processes information on behalf of a business Customer, individuals may need to direct their request to the relevant business Customer first.
11. Children's Privacy
PinguPOS is a business-oriented service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly design the service to collect personal information directly from children without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can assess and take appropriate action.
